Former support scope
Historically, support could cover installation, initial configuration, diagnosis of an existing HikaInvoices installation, and the development of specific extensions or customisations.
Before a support engagement, users were asked to provide a clear description of their requirements. For installation and configuration matters, access details and a description of the Joomla and HikaShop environment could be required.
These historical arrangements no longer apply. The final package is available only as a legacy download and must be used at your own responsibility.
Existing installations
If you continue to operate an existing installation, review the documentation, verify compatibility with your server and application versions, maintain secure backups, and validate current electronic-invoicing and tax obligations with qualified advisers or an appropriate current solution provider.
